Yes — a small one-time $99 setup fee to start the build, like the down payment on a lease. After that it's one flat $249/mo with everything included: no build fee, no hidden costs, no per-edit invoices.
How quickly do I see the site?
Your first full design version arrives within 7 days after we receive your completed onboarding form. Delays in content, photos, or feedback can extend that timeline.
What counts as an unlimited edit?
Reasonable changes to your existing site: text, photos, hours, services, team members, and layout refinements. New applications, e-commerce, full redesigns, and unlimited new pages are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and partial months are not refunded.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. Your content, photos, and logo also remain yours.
Will the site guarantee more leads?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee lead volume, search rankings, or revenue. We build a clear, fast, professional site designed to help customers understand and contact your business.
What happens if I leave?
The leased site goes offline at the end of your billing period. On request, we transfer your domain and hand over your content within 5 business days.
