What we collect
- When you buy: your name, business name, email, phone, and billing address. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
- When you onboard: the business information, photos, and logo files you send us so we can build your site.
- When you visit: standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site.
- When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
To deliver and support what you bought, to build and manage your website, to process payments, to respond to you, and to send service messages about your account. We may send occasional emails about our services; every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate: Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting, our email provider, and our analytics provider. Each receives only what they need. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies for basic site function and analytics. You can block them in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as well.
How long we keep it
As long as you're a customer, plus the period required for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of there.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
